PO intake review is faster and more reliable
The PDF intake workflow has been tightened for daily order review, vendor sending, and discrepancy follow-up.
- Intake action buttons now keep their intended primary styling and stay usable across narrower browser widths.
- Import-and-send actions lock after the first click and show clear progress so duplicate sends are less likely.
- Discrepancy emails now show a clearer sending and updating state after staff click Send Email.
- Additional dealer PDF layouts can be parsed automatically, including B&B Integrations and recent NetSuite-style order exports.

CRM and portal pages load more quickly
Several slow dealer portal and staff CRM paths were reduced so common pages respond with less waiting.
- Dealer portal dashboard, catalog, invoices, estimates, and shared-file views now avoid repeated heavy context work.
- Staff CRM leads, reports, dashboard, tasks, invoices, and estimates received query and hydration improvements.
- Shared-file checks now reuse more request-level state, reducing repeated folder and Drive visibility work.
